Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a client migration and platform upgrade program in Sydney. The role involves coordinating environment cloning, platform upgrade, validation & certification, and production cutover while serving as the primary client contact.

The position requires strong client-facing communication, technical fluency, and the ability to manage delivery under pressure across multiple concurrent implementations.

Qualifications

• Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a client migration and platform upgrade program in Sydney, acting as primary client contact.
• Coordinate environment cloning, platform upgrade, validation & certification, and production cutover while ensuring entry/exit criteria are met at each stage.
• Lead wave and batch execution, align with QA, engineering, and client stakeholders to manage priority and risk.
• Plan and coordinate production cutovers, including readiness checks, communication, and post-cutover validation to ensure system stability.
