Job summary

State Street is seeking an L2 Systems Analyst to support Charles River IMS within the Asia Pacific region. The role involves client-facing responsibilities, system configuration, and ongoing production support across hosted and non-hosted environments.

You will work with Charles River colleagues and vendors to ensure available, well-tuned systems and smooth transitions to production operations, including disaster recovery activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline.
• Experience with Financial Services Investment Management or related systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide client assistance in optimal use of the system.
• Manage user administration and privileges.
• Configure parameters and monitor system availability.
• Performance tuning for applications and databases.
• Monitor daily operational processing and support.
• Apply patches and upgrades to Charles River IMS and database software.
• Assist with problem resolution and continuity planning.
• Collaborate with vendors and Charles River colleagues to ensure smooth production operation.
