Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an experienced L2 Systems Analyst to manage Charles River IMS production for APAC clients within a SaaS/Managed Services framework. The role centers on client-facing remote administration, performance tuning, and incident support.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize system usage, manage user privileges, and coordinate upgrades while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

,Experience with Financial Services Investment Management or Trading systems (e.g., Charles River IMS) is highly desirable.
-Ability to partner with internal departments to deliver superior service.
-Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Sybase configuration and basic administration.
-Knowledge of servers, OS, networks, scripting, XML, programming languages, job scheduling software, and monitoring tools.
-Strong problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
-Portfolio management/trading system applications background is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide expert level remote management, administration, and support for Charles River IMS production environments.
Assist clients with optimal system use and perform user administration and privilege configuration.
Monitor system and database performance, apply patches and upgrades, and support outages or incidents.
Collaborate with vendors and Charles River colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.
