Settling for just any role isn’t you, and it isn’t us either. Being Unstoppable Together calls for a particular kind of person and teams who genuinely care about making a difference. Here, you’ll channel your professional expertise, talent, and drive into building and managing a portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of tissue and hygiene for billions of people worldwide.

As our Senior Account Manager – South Australia , you’ll represent Kimberly-Clark Professional across the South Australian market, taking ownership of end-user customers and local distributor relationships.

This is a broad, hands‑on B2B sales role covering metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia. You’ll work across a diverse customer portfolio, including healthcare and government, industrial and food manufacturing, commercial facilities and office environments. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory, identify new opportunities and strengthen established customer and distributor partnerships.

This role is due to commence January 2027.

About You

In this professional role, you’ll focus on winning with customers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect and human dignity at the centre.

You’re an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys taking ownership of a market. You can move comfortably between developing end‑user opportunities and strengthening distributor relationships, taking a solutions‑focused approach that creates value for customers and drives sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Own and grow a portfolio of end‑user customers and distributor relationships across South Australia
  • Build relationships with new and existing key decision‑makers and identify opportunities to grow the Kimberly‑Clark Professional business
  • Develop opportunities across healthcare and government, industrial, food manufacturing, commercial facilities, office environments and other relevant B2B segments
  • Use customer, market and sales insights to challenge thinking, recommend appropriate solutions and uncover opportunities for innovation
  • Activate integrated commercial programs and national account initiatives at a local level
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products, customers, market trends and competitive activity to support continued growth
Required skills and experience:
  • B2B sales experience within account management, business development or a similar customer‑facing sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop existing accounts, build new customer relationships and deliver against sales and account KPIs
  • Strong commercial, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Confidence using customer and sales data to prioritise opportunities and plan your territory
Preferred skills and experience:
  • Experience working across both end‑user customers and distributor or channel partners
  • Sales experience within healthcare, hygiene, industrial, manufacturing, food production or a related B2B environment
  • Existing familiarity with the South Australian market and relevant customer groups

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys being accountable for their own territory and building long‑term relationships. You’ll bring a growth mindset, be open to constructive feedback and enjoy finding practical solutions that make a genuine difference for customers.

The role is based in South Australia, with regular travel across metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding areas, including locations north and south of the city. Office space is available for use when required.
