Job summary

Jivaro is seeking a commercially sharp Supply Chain Optimisation Manager to own the end-to-end improvement roadmap, run the monthly S&OP process, and drive change across freight, fulfilment, inventory and 3PL performance.

In this hands-on role you’ll apply AI-driven analytics to forecasting and network optimization, lead cross-functional projects, and partner with Merchandise, Finance, Sales and Warehouse to influence senior decision-making.

Qualifications

• Must have strong supply chain/logistics experience with a transformation track record.
• Commercial acumen with data, financial modelling and business cases.
• Experience with S&OP or business planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and run monthly S&OP, chairing the cross-functional forum.
• Optimise freight, fulfilment and inventory deployment across channels.
• Lead commercial reviews and negotiations with 3PL and logistics partners.
• Turn analysis into business cases and drive initiatives through to implementation.
• Apply AI/advanced analytics to forecasting, scenario modelling and network optimisation.
• Partner across Merchandise, Finance, Sales and Warehouse to influence senior decision-making.
