Job summary

Jivaro in Australia is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, warehousing and distribution across a national restaurant network. This hands-on leadership role balances cost control with quality and compliance, and partners with franchise teams and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.

You will oversee day-to-day supply chain activities, negotiate supplier terms, monitor performance, manage forecasts and drive process

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics management, ideally within hospitality, food service or a multi-site environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Solid understanding of food safety, quality assurance and traceability standards.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain activities across procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, warehousing and distribution logistics.
• Implement approved supply chain plans, priorities and cost-management initiatives across the restaurant network.
• Source, assess and onboard suppliers in line with commercial, quality, service and compliance requirements.
• Negotiate and manage supplier agreements and trading terms to secure competitive pricing and service standards.
• Monitor supplier performance against pricing, quality, availability, delivery and service expectations.
