Latrobe Regional Health is seeking Registered Undergraduate Student of Nursing (RUSON) to join the Education team on a part-time 0.2 EFT fixed term until 30 June 2027. This role provides hands-on experience while you complete your Bachelor of Nursing, supporting the nursing team in delivering safe, high-quality care across LRH.

You will work in a supportive clinical environment, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and gain valuable clinical exposure while continuing your studies.

Responsabilités

• Assist Registered Nurses with delegated patient care activities safety and within scope of practice.
• Support patients with daily living activities including personal care and hygiene.
• Demonstrate commitment to person-centred care and positive patient experiences.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams for efficient care delivery.
• Communicate and escalate clinical concerns to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain compliance with organisational policies and academic requirements.
