Formación

• Appropriately qualified individuals currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead and manage a school in a local community.
• Commitment to equity, child safety and professional learning.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a comprehensive education program for all students.
• Act as executive officer of the school council and support effective governance.
• Establish and manage financial systems in line with Department and school council requirements.
• Represent the Department in the school and local community.
• Implement decisions of the school council and support policy development.
• Contribute to system-wide activities including policy and strategic planning.
• Coordinate resources and involve staff, students and the community in school policies and operations.
• Report on school achievements to the Department, school community, parents and students as appropriate.
