Rockhampton Regional Council in Gracemere is seeking a Team Leader - Rural Operations to oversee critical civil construction and maintenance projects across the region. You will lead a dedicated crew, coordinate resources, and drive safety and quality in every task.

This leadership role offers a salary of $85,343 per annum, plus superannuation, with a 76-hour fortnight and an 8-day fortnight pattern, and a supportive, values-driven culture.

Formación

• Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership to supervise and motivate a crew.
• Experience planning daily works and coordinating resources.
• Ability to read construction drawings and work to standards.
