Job summary

Hewitt & Whitty Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking a Customer Service and Admin professional to strengthen relationships with farming customers and support daily store operations.

You will assist customers with accurate advice, manage in-store merchandising, handle POS and banking duties, and work with the manager and staff to coordinate stock orders. This role requires good communication, teamwork and a current Victorian driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Customer service and administration skills/experience.
• Good verbal, written and computer capabilities.
• Current Victorian drivers license required for banking/deliveries if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with accurate advice and follow up with input from suppliers as required.
• Provide alternative ideas to focus on value beyond price.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to assist customers.
• Assist in-store merchandising, tidying/cleaning and restocking shelves; monitor stock on hand.
• Participate in sales campaigns and support store initiatives.
• Manage store POS, stock monitoring and banking; coordinate stock ordering with the manager and staff.
