Job summary
NSW Health in Hay is seeking a Facility Nurse Manager (Grade 3) to provide strategic and operational leadership across nursing services. You will inspire your team, shape safe, high-quality, person-centred care, and drive continuous improvement while managing resources for the Hay community.

Qualifications
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA/NMBA.
- Strong leadership and management experience within healthcare.
- Experience balancing service demands, workforce requirements and resources to achieve service goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing teams with strong clinical and professional leadership while developing staff capability.
- Drive quality and safety, monitor standards of care, and support excellent patient outcomes.
- Shape service delivery by planning, implementing and leading change to keep nursing services responsive.
- Manage people and resources, including workforce planning, performance, staffing priorities and budgets.
- Build partnerships with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated, high-quality care.
