Qualifications

• Proven experience in emergency nursing, including triage and resuscitation protocols.
• Demonstrated rural nursing experience and comfort working in remote settings.
• Ability to lead and manage the ward independently, with sound clinical judgment under pressure.
• Current ALS or equivalent resuscitation certification.
• Own vehicle highly recommended due to the remoteness of the location.
