160over90 is seeking an Account Manager, Partnerships to join our Sydney team and manage a major global rugby partnership. You will work within an integrated global team, linking strategy with local delivery in Australia.

The role requires 4–6+ years in partnerships or sponsorship activation, with rugby experience highly preferred. You will collaborate across client, agency and rightsholder teams, supporting activation across tickets, hospitality, content, and rights management.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in partnerships, sponsorship activation or property management.
• Experience with rugby or major sports properties preferred.
• Proven track record managing activation workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Strong client-management skills with ability to collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and activation of a major global rugby partnership.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, rightsholder contacts, and partners across markets.
• Serve as on-the-ground resource in Australia, aligning global strategy with local needs.
• Manage rights, assets, tracking, approvals, and reporting.
• Coordinate activity for rugby tournaments and moments in the Australian market.
• Translate contractual rights into activation opportunities aligned with client goals.
