160over90 is seeking an Account Manager, Partnerships to join our Sydney team and support the management and activation of a major global rugby partnership. You will work with the global partnership team, client, agency and rightsholder teams across markets, with a focus on Australia.

The role requires rugby/ sports property experience, strong relationship management, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across time zones. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years experience in partnerships, sponsorship activation or property management.
• Experience with rugby or major sports properties preferred.
• Experience managing rights, assets and activation workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day management and activation of a global rugby partnership.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, rightsholders, and partners in Australia and internationally.
• Translate rights into activation opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate workstreams across ticketing, hospitality, brand integration, content and talent.
• Deliver client-ready recommendations, status materials, timelines and recaps.
