The Trade Desk in Sydney is seeking a client services expert to manage and grow Tier 1 accounts, and to accelerate the delivery of client objectives. You will learn the platform, train clients, and collaborate with trading, sales, and product teams to drive campaigns forward.

You love working with RTB/DSPs, ad exchanges, and optimization platforms, and you will translate data into actionable insights while managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive advertising experience and client facing experience required.
• Proven track record of growing accounts by forging strong client relationships and advising on strategies.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines across multiple work streams.
• Experience leading complex projects with diverse stakeholders to drive output.
• Experience with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges and optimization platforms is a plus.
• Experience managing CPA, CPC and CPM campaigns.
• Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and large data sets.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and collaborative in a fast-paced startup environment.

Aufgaben

• Focusing on driving growth across Tier 1 Accounts.
• Act as trusted consultant to clients across teams to accelerate objective delivery.
• Collaborate with Trading to rapidly onboard new customers.
• Work with Sales to identify ways to grow current accounts.
• Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform and share insights to optimize campaigns.
• Provide continual training to clients as new features are added.
• Assist Product Management to define features and drive enhancements.
• Help build Client Services with training materials and customer-facing guides.
