Arcare is seeking a Roving Physiotherapist to cover the East and South East suburbs of Melbourne. This full-time role sits within our Allied Health team, focusing on maintaining residents’ independence through evidence-based interventions.

You will lead a team of Allied Health Assistants, perform functional assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver 1:1 and group therapy while documenting care and collaborating with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Right to Work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Performing Functional assessments on admission with periodic reviews
• Developing tailored treatment plans
• Delivering therapy services in both 1:1 and group settings
• Attend to referrals and post-fall reviews
• Manual handling training
• Documenting treatment planning and interventions
• Leading and supervising Allied Health Assistants
• Contributing to multi-disciplinary team meetings
