Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist.
• Valid driver26s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A person-centred approach to care and a genuine interest in working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment and care plans.
• Implement falls prevention strategies to improve clients' safety and mobility.
• Provide advice on safe mobility, transfers and manual handling techniques.
• Work collaboratively with clients, families and carers to maximise comfort, function and independence.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to meet their changing needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver person-centred care.
