HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based interventions in aged-care settings, focusing on maintaining mobility, strength, balance and functional independence for older adults.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration and ≥2 years’ experience in aged care or allied health. You will work 2 days in Altona Meadows and 2 days in Richmond, enjoying a structured support environment to guide your practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current General AHPRA registration.
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience—preferably in aged care or allied health settings.
• Hold Full working rights Visa.
• Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal aptitude and a genuine interest in elderly wellbeing.
• Willingness to work 2 days a week at the above locations and uphold high standards of therapy service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy programs for older adults in residential/community aged-care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy and podiatry.
• Monitor client progress and adapt interventions accordingly.
• Promote best-practice aged-care therapy and support accreditation requirements.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
