Bolton Clarke Residential Aged Care Opportunities in Brisbane seeks a Roving General Manager to lead multiple homes with a passion for quality care. You will oversee leave coverage, support current General Managers on compliance, and drive projects to ensure person-centred, commercially sustainable operations across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge).
• Strong business acumen and financial awareness.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple sites.
• APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse is an advantage.
