Bolton Clarke is seeking a Roving General Manager to lead a cluster of aged care homes across Queensland. You will inspire teams to deliver person-centred care while achieving commercial objectives, and cover periods of leave and support current GMs on compliance and projects.

The ideal candidate has RN experience, strong people management, and a commitment to quality care. You will work in a collaborative, not-for-profit environment with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge).
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams.
• Good computer literacy.
• APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse is an advantage.
