Regis Aged Care seeks a Regional General Manager to lead residential aged care homes across Queensland, including South East and North Queensland operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

You will coach and develop General Managers, oversee quality, compliance and clinical governance, and partner with key stakeholders to drive performance and growth across the region. This is a senior leadership role with meaningful impact on residents and teams.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience across multi-site or geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong understanding of governance, quality and compliance in aged care.
• Proven ability to coach and develop general managers and leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality resident care and outcomes.
