Job summary

Redstone Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Roving Care Manager to provide relief management across a portfolio of residential aged care communities throughout Queensland. You will bring clinical leadership to different homes, adapting to each site's culture while ensuring care and compliance with regional support behind you.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year as a Care Manager, current AHPRA RN registration, and a nursing/healthcare degree (Master’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare; Master’s preferred.
• Other healthcare qualifications or commensurate work experience will be considered.
• Experience as a Care Manager with a track record of high performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide management coverage across multiple residential aged care communities.
• Report to a Regional Support Manager and collaborate with site General Managers.
• Deliver clinical leadership for residents with complex healthcare needs.
• Mentor and coach care teams; develop learning materials.
• Improve clinical best practice and stay updated with guidelines.
• Contribute to clinical team strategy and quality improvement projects.
• Provide feedback on the Quality Management System to lift outcomes.
