Job summary

Respect Group Limited is seeking an experienced Roaming Care Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care across our aged care services. This full‑time role offers remote base with frequent travel across TAS, VIC, NSW, WA and QLD, providing on‑the‑ground leadership at multiple sites.

You will work with residents, families and care teams to ensure safe, responsive care and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and minimum 3 years in residential aged care.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) or Nursing Diploma (Enrolled Nurse) in VIC.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain National Police Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care across sites.
• Mentor staff and develop capability across teams.
• Ensure duty of care and compliance with policies.
• Monitor clinical practices and report against governance standards.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement and data analysis.
• Oversee care planning with residents and families.
• Contribute to staff development and capability building.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including after‑hours availability.
