Qualifications

• Queensland Security Officer Licence (Monitoring/Control Room) is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently, especially during evenings/overnights.
• Basic computer skills; experience with CCTV/alarm platforms preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alarms triggered by AI-based detection systems.
• Video-verify intrusions on private property and dispatch emergency services when necessary.
• Accurately log incidents and communications.
• Follow professional SOPs.
• Work rotating shifts, including evening and overnight work.
