Job summary

Naskam Security Services on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a casual/part-time Security Control Room Operator (CRO) to monitor alarms, coordinate guards, and respond to customer inquiries. Training will be provided and shifts rotate across days, afternoons, nights, and weekends.

Applicants must hold a current QLD Security Officer licence, be computer literate with fast typing, and reside in the Sunshine Coast area.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• Highly developed communication skills and a polite, confident phone manner.
• Willingness to learn and be self-motivated.
• Capable of working days, afternoon, nights, weekends & public holidays.
• Must live in the Sunshine Coast area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm systems and action alerts.
• Dispatch guards and patrols in response to alerts.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
• Monitor CCTV and video surveillance across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance and service levels.
• Data entry and general administration duties.
