Job summary

Crown Resorts in Australia seeks a Resourcing Coordinator to produce daily shift rosters and duty sheets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and compliance with the Enterprise Agreement. You will use workforce planning systems to respond to changing conditions and support multiple departments on a rotating roster.

Candidates will have 1-2 years in workforce scheduling, strong Excel skills, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in Workforce, Scheduling or Rostering.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce, publish and amend daily shift rosters and Duty Sheets to meet business unit requirements.
• Receive sick calls within WFP team hours of operation and update rosters accordingly.
• Analyse daily shift roster to identify efficiencies and shortfalls for labour management.
• First point of contact for team member queries regarding day of operations rostering via phone and email.
• Correct roster errors or violations highlighted by VR work rules before publishing daily rosters.
• Regular auditing and updating of data in VR against files and departmental information.
