You will work with stakeholders across the business to design, implement and continuously improve processes, ensuring teams have the right systems and ways of working to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering, workforce planning or operational scheduling environments.
• Background in business improvement, continuous improvement, change management or operational excellence.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse processes, identify gaps and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and embedding of new rostering and workforce planning processes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with operational leaders and key stakeholders to support change adoption and continuous improvement.
• Develop process documentation, reporting and governance frameworks to support successful project delivery.
