Aurizon is seeking a Business Professional in Adelaide to join the TrainLink project, shaping and embedding new rostering and workforce planning processes that support operational success. You will work with stakeholders across the business to design, implement and continuously improve processes, ensuring teams have the right systems and ways of working to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in rostering, workforce planning or operational scheduling environments.
  • Background in business improvement, continuous improvement, change management or operational excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyse processes, identify gaps and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and embedding of new rostering and workforce planning processes.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Partner with operational leaders and key stakeholders to support change adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Develop process documentation, reporting and governance frameworks to support successful project delivery.
