Job summary

Client Centred Home Care is seeking two experienced Scheduling/Rostering Coordinators to join our Southport head office. This full-time role requires rotating roster coverage from 6:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Sunday, with penalties for weekend work.

We roster around the client, building a dedicated team to fill shifts that suit each case, while delivering outstanding service to clients and staff. The ideal candidate will be IT savvy, able to learn systems quickly, and comfortable working

Qualifications

• The ability to roster shifts promptly and accurately.
• Strong customer service focus and rapport with staff and clients.
• Positive, respectful and solution-focused attitude when priorities clash.
• Willingness to obtain an in-progress NDIS card and to drive company vehicles when needed.
• Knowledge of SCHADS and Nurses Awards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Master Roster is accurate and published in advance.
• Cover short notice cancellations, one-off services and emergencies.
• Support Case Managers with continuity of care through rosters.
• Roster across Monday–Sunday, 6:00am–8:00pm with known schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff.
