Job summary

CareChoice is seeking a motivated Rostering Coordinator to join the Coordination Team. You will coordinate frontline workforce rosters, ensure optimal coverage for clients, and build strong relationships with staff and clients in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract with an ASAP start and a hybrid work arrangement (2 days in Mulgrave Head Office/3 days working from home). Join a values-driven team focused on person-centred care and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, rostering or care coordination is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate staff rosters and respond to scheduling needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Salesforce experience regarded.
• Availability to work during the Christmas period.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage staff rosters to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Respond promptly to staffing and scheduling needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with care staff, clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-solve staffing and operational challenges while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
