Job summary

Quayclean is seeking Rostering Coordinators to support the Australian Open at Melbourne Park. You will coordinate rosters across a large, diverse workforce and work closely with Operations Managers to respond to real-time changes in a fast-paced event setting.

This full-time fixed-term role requires strong organisational skills, experience with rostering systems and knowledge of Modern Award requirements. It offers weekend penalties and a supportive, values-led team.

Qualifications

• Previous rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination experience.
• Experience with Modern Award and rostering requirements; Cleaning Services Award preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with rostering software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain rosters across a large Australian Open workforce.
• Respond to real-time changes including leave and absences.
• Work with employees to understand availability and preferences.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to resolve coverage gaps.
• Apply Modern Award requirements when rostering.
• Monitor rostering dashboards and support payroll processes.
