Job summary

Alzheimer's Queensland (AQ) is seeking a Rostering Coordinator to support Home Care services across our not-for-profit organisation in Upper Mount Gravatt, Queensland. This full-time role involves coordinating staff rosters, managing leave, and ensuring reliable service delivery for clients in the community.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating with staff and clients while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Proven rostering/scheduling experience (aged care or community services highly regarded).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A team player who is willing to step in and support others.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong time management.
• Experience with Visual Care (or similar systems) is an advantage.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Due to the continued growth of our community services, Alzheimer's Queensland (AQ) is expanding our team and seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality care across our Home Care services.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your ability to coordinate people, solve problems, and communicate effectively will directly ensure our clients receive the care they need - when they need it.
