ITEC Group in Australia is seeking a Rostering Coordinator to ensure safe, efficient rosters for our health services. You will assist with building and maintaining rosters, manage worker availability, and coordinate with payroll and billing to support continuous service delivery.
You will work under supervision, participate in after-hours rostering as required, and help keep provider records accurate while aligning with NDIS standards and SCHADS Award. This role is based onsite in Queensland.

The Rostering Coordinator supports the delivery of safe, efficient and participant‑centred rosters for ITEC Health.
Working under general supervision, the role assists with coordinating worker skills and availability to participant needs, maintaining service continuity, and providing routine administrative support. The position works collaboratively with Customer Services, Clinical, Payroll and Billing to help ensure:
The role also participates in the after‑hours/on‑call rostering rotation, in line with established protocols, company policy and the SCHADS Award.
