Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT in Wyee is seeking an Admin Officer/Coordinator to be the friendly face and organised mind behind the scenes, ensuring residents, families and staff receive seamless support daily. You’ll manage admissions and discharges and help empower residents to live with dignity and purpose.

The role offers Monday to Friday shifts (76 hours per fortnight) with a competitive hourly rate from 28.74 to 35.61 AUD, plus superannuation, penalties and salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office administration and team coordination.
• Strong rostering administration experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems; UKG desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face and organised mind behind the scenes.
• Manage all admissions and discharges.
• Greet visitors and support residents, families and staff.
• Provide seamless administrative support.
