Job summary

Fairhaven Services is seeking a part-time Roster & NDIS Administrator to support day-to-day rostering and NDIS administration, ensuring smooth operations. The role offers variety and requires juggling priorities with a proactive approach.

Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, and training is provided. NDIA screening and Orientation training are required to commence. This role suits someone who enjoys admin tasks and helping the community.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update staff rosters
  • Manage shift coverage and last-minute changes
  • Monitor and respond to roster-related calls and messages
  • Liaise with staff and managers to ensure appropriate coverage
  • Assist with timesheet checks and basic payroll coordination
  • Follow up completed paperwork
  • Complete Risk Assessments for Community activities
  • Ensure roster and billing information is accurate
  • Assist with schedules of supports, contracts, onboarding/offboarding paperwork
  • Support on-call rostering as required

We're on the lookout for a Roster & NDIS Administrator to join our team and help keep our day-to-day rostering and NDIS administration running smoothly. No two days are the same, so you'll need to be someone who enjoys variety, can juggle competing priorities, and isn't afraid to think on your feet.

This is a part-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:30pm (with some flexibility available for the right person).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update staff rosters
  • Manage shift coverage and last-minute changes

  • Assist with schedules of supports, contracts, onboarding/offboarding paperwork
  • Support on-call rostering as required
About You
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new programs
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous rostering experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Training will be provided
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness to complete mandatory NDIS training (including Orientation Module)
