Job summary

Integral Diagnostics (IDX) is seeking a Hybrid Co-ordinator to join IDXt as a Roster and Workflow Coordinator and Radiology Support Officer in Western Australia. This role offers a hybrid setup with remote work options and a flexible roster, including at least one weekend shift every fortnight.

You will work closely with Radiologists, operations and IT to manage rosters, workflows and day-to-day service delivery across our teleradiology services, ensuring timely reporting and proactive

• Experience in rostering/workforce coordination or healthcare administration.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and adaptability.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Previous healthcare, medical imaging or radiology exposure is highly regarded.
• Experience with medical credentialing, accreditation or Radiologist administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain Radiologist rosters to ensure reporting coverage.
• Monitor reporting workflows and allocate Radiologist workloads.
• Manage roster changes, leave, availability and coverage requirements.
• Collaborate with Radiologists, Operations, IT and others to resolve issues and ensure service delivery.
• Provide timely support to Radiologists and respond to queries within turnaround expectations.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Manage worklists and balance load by skillset/location.
• Investigate incomplete examinations and critical results notifications.
• Provide broader administrative and operational support as required.

Hybrid Co-ordinator Role: Roster and Workflow Coordinator and Radiology Support Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Roster and Workflow Coordinator and Radiology Support Officer to join our IDXt team in a hybrid role.

Based in Western Australia, with options to work remotely across a flexible roster with at least 1 weekend shift per fortnight.

This is a key coordination role supporting our Radiologists and ensuring effective rostering, workflow management and day-to-day service delivery across our teleradiology operations.

Working closely with Radiologists, operational leaders and internal teams, you will coordinate reporting coverage, respond to changing workflow requirements and help ensure our services run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Coordinate and maintain Radiologist rosters to ensure appropriate reporting coverage across IDXt services.
• Monitor reporting workflows and assist with the allocation and coordination of Radiologist workloads.
• Proactively manage roster changes, leave, availability and coverage requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Radiologists, Operations, IT and other internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain effective service delivery.
• Provide timely support to Radiologists, assist with queries and ensure we report studies within turnaround expectations.
• Answering incoming calls.
• Worklist management – actively monitoring reporting lists, load balancing based on skillset and location when multiple radiologists rostered.
• Investigating and following up incomplete examinations and critical results notifications.
• Provide broader administrative and operational support as required.

About You

You are a highly organised and dependable coordinator who thrives in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly. You'll be confident communicating with medical professionals and internal stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality.

You Will Ideally Bring

• Previous experience in rostering, workforce coordination, support, healthcare administration or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to respond calmly to changing operational requirements.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Previous experience within healthcare, medical imaging or radiology will be highly regarded.
• Experience with medical credentialing, accreditation or Radiologist administration would be advantageous.
