Job summary

Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) is seeking a Hybrid Co-ordinator to manage Radiologist rosters and support teleradiology operations across Australia. The role focuses on rostering, workflow management and ensuring smooth service delivery with flexibility for remote work and weekend coverage.

You will collaborate with Radiologists, operations teams and IT to balance workloads, resolve issues, and maintain accurate reporting schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering, workforce coordination or similar roles in healthcare.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality when handling patient data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain Radiologist rosters to ensure reporting coverage.
• Monitor workflows and assist with allocation of Radiologist workloads.
• Manage roster changes, leave, availability and coverage requirements.
• Collaborate with Radiologists, Operations, IT and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide timely support to Radiologists and ensure reports meet turnaround expectations.
• Handle incoming calls and perform worklist management with load balancing.
• Investigate incomplete examinations and critical results notifications.
• Provide broader administrative and operational support as required.
