Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Berwick Waters is seeking an experienced Room Leader for the 3-5 year age group. You will lead the room, mentor educators and deliver high-quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS.

Join a supportive, values-driven centre with a focus on relationships, belonging and quality care. You will collaborate with the Centre Manager and leadership team to ensure outstanding learning experiences for children and families.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved qualification.
• Proven experience as a Room Leader in the relevant age group.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the daily operations of the 3-5 year non-funded Kindergarten Space.
• Develop and implement age appropriate learning programs.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the team.
• Support and mentor educators within the room.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, NQS and Aspire practices.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative centre culture.
