Job summary

Mini Masterminds Box Hill is seeking a passionate Full-Time Room Leader with a Diploma or ACECQA-approved qualification. You will lead your classroom team, mentor educators, and ensure high-quality education and care in a safe, engaging environment that supports children to learn and thrive.

Working with the Centre Leadership Team, you will plan and evaluate programs aligned with EYLF, maintain NQF/NQS compliance, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to quality improvement

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in ECEC (ACECQA-approved) required.
• Previous Room Leader or leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting.
• WWCC current.
• Certifications: First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
• Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality care.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Room Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds Box Hill (84-place centre).

About the Role

As Room Leader, you will lead your classroom team to deliver high-quality education and care while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor educators, support children's learning and development, and work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain the highest standards of education and care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

• Previous Room Leader or leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education setting

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

• Current Child Protection training/certificate

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills

• A genuine passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
