Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Berwick Waters is seeking an experienced Room Leader for the 3-5 year age group. You will lead the room, mentor educators and deliver high-quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved qualification.
• Proven experience as a Room Leader in the relevant age group.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the 3-5 year non-funded Kindergarten Space.
• Develop and implement age appropriate learning programs.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the team.
• Support and mentor educators within the room.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, NQS and Aspire practices.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative centre culture.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Room Leader for our 3-5 year non-funded age group. Working closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team, you will lead your room, mentor educators and deliver high quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the daily operations of the non-funded Kindergarten Space
• Developing and implementing age appropriate learning programs
• Building strong relationships with children, families and team
• Supporting and mentoring educators within the room
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, NQS and Aspire practices
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative centre culture

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved qualification
• Proven experience as a Room Leader within the relevant age group

• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for high quality early learning and care
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
