Job summary

Mini Masterminds Box Hill is seeking a passionate Full-Time Room Leader (Diploma) to guide a team in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. Based in Box Hill, you will lead the room, mentor educators, and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to uphold exceptional standards.

You will plan and implement programs aligned with EYLF, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, and foster strong relationships with children and families while driving ongoing quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Previous Room Leader or leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education setting.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• A genuine passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality education and care.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Room Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds Box Hill (84-place centre).

About The Role

As Room Leader, you will lead your classroom team to deliver high-quality education and care while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor educators, support children's learning and development, and work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain the highest standards of education and care.
