Mini Masterminds Leichhardt is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Room Leader to guide the classroom team in delivering high-quality education and care for children aged 0–2. Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Previous Room Leader or leadership experience within an early childhood setting.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Genuine passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality education and care.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the EYLF.

About the Role

As Room Leader, you will lead your classroom team to deliver high-quality education and care while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor educators, support children's learning and development, and work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain the highest standards of education and care.
