Mini Masterminds is seeking a Full-Time Room Leader at Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert to lead a dedicated classroom team delivering high-quality early learning aligned with EYLF. You will mentor staff, support children's learning, and partner with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain excellence.

You must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved), have leadership experience, WWCC, and current First Aid/CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, plus Child Protection training.

• Previous Room Leader or leadership experience within an ECE setting.
• Current WWCC.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality care.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Room Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert (90-place centre).

About the Role

As Room Leader, you will lead your classroom team to deliver high-quality education and care while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor educators, support children's learning and development, and work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain the highest standards of education and care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Previous Room Leader or leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education setting
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
