Job summary

Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our in-house housekeeping team at the airport. You will ensure guest rooms and bathrooms meet Crowne Plaza standards, restock essentials, and assist with deep cleaning as needed.

We value reliability, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The role requires physical fitness and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, with unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience (at least six months preferred).
• Must have full working rights for Australia.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to Crowne Plaza brand standards.
• Change linen and replenish towels, toiletries and guest amenities.
• Vacuum, dust and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Keep housekeeping trolleys, pantries and work areas clean and organised.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as required.

As a Full Time Room Attendant, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming and memorable stay. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to Crowne Plaza brand standards
• Change linen and replenish towels, toiletries and guest amenities
• Vacuum, dust and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Keep housekeeping trolleys, pantries and work areas clean and organised
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as required
• Perform a physically active role involving lifting, bending, pushing and standing throughout your shift

What we’re looking for:

• Previous housekeeping experience (At least six months preferred)
• A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks throughout the day
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Must have full working rights for Australia
