Job summary

Gigi Rooftop, perched above Umberto Espresso Bar in Thornbury, seeks a motivated Bartender to lead a creative, guest-focused rooftop service. This casual role (30 hours per week) offers a vibrant environment with opportunities to shape the cocktail list and curate a summer program while mentoring a dedicated team.

You will oversee service, ensure high standards of presentation, and contribute to a memorable guest experience through friendly hospitality and expert beverage knowledge.

Situated above Umberto Espresso Bar is a gem of a summer rooftop bar with phenomenal views. We seek an inspired, passionate Bartender to assist in operating the rooftop with a creative focus on getting guests in and having them return with friendly service and high quality food and beverage. Casual - 30 hours per week Join a vibrant rooftop venue where creativity, great drinks and great hospitality come together. Be a part of leading the Thornbury scene, helping shape the cocktail list, curate a summer music program and mentor a small but dedicated team.
