Job summary

Justin Lane Pizzeria on the Gold Coast is seeking a capable Bar supervisor to lead the bar team during service and maintain top standards across the floor, bar and rooftop. You will open and close the venue, respond to guest feedback, and support rostering and training to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in a supervisory hospitality role, strong experience in busy cocktail bars, and RSA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or senior hospitality role.
• Experience in high turnover cocktail bars. Strong knowledge of beverage operations.
• Cool under pressure — you've worked a busy service on a Saturday night and loved it.
• RSA certified. RMLV and Approved Manager License highly regarded.
• Someone who leads by example, not just by title.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the Bar team during service
• Maintaining service standards across the floor, bar, and rooftop
• Opening and closing the venue
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues on the spot
• Supporting the venue manager with rostering, training, and daily ops
• Keeping the team energised and the floor running smooth — even on the big nights
