DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront is seeking a Venue Bar Manager for the 18 Knots Rooftop Bar. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Your role includes overseeing beverage costs, driving revenue, and creating a vibrant atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian working rights with at least 12 months remaining.
• Previous experience in a Bar Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with team development experience.
• Knowledge of beverage cost control and inventory management.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of 18 Knots Rooftop Bar ensuring high service standards.
• Coach and motivate the Bar team to create a positive environment.
• Create memorable guest experiences and handle feedback effectively.
• Drive revenue through upselling and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Manage beverage inventory and maintain effective cost control.
• Prepare rosters in accordance with operational needs.
