Hyatt Regency Sydney invites applications for a full-time Host at Zephyr Bar, perched on Level 12, offering luxury cocktails and unrivalled harbour views. You will be the face of Zephyr, assisting management with daily operations and delivering warm, attentive service.

Ideal candidates have prior bar/restaurant hosting experience, superb interpersonal skills, and the ability to think quickly on a rotating roster with late finishes. Join a global hospitality group with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Host in a bar/restaurant environment.
• Strong problem solving and adaptability skills.
• A passion for people and providing exceptional service.
• A friendly demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
• The skills to anticipate guests’ needs through observation.
• Availability to work 38 hours per week on a rotating roster with late night finishes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team with the daily operations of the venue.
• As the face of Zephyr Bar, you will delight guests with a bubbly and friendly personality and deliver outstanding service.
