Job summary

Hyatt Regency Sydney’s Zephyr Bar on Level 12 invites a confident Host to join our flagship rooftop venue. You will greet guests, guide them to seating, and collaborate with the bar and restaurant teams to ensure flawless service under Sydney’s Darling Harbour skyline.

As the face of Zephyr Bar, you’ll bring a bubbly personality, adapt to outdoor conditions, manage guest requests, and help create memorable experiences from sunset to late-night finishes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Host in a bar/restaurant environment.
• Strong problem solving and adaptability skills.
• Passion for people and providing exceptional service.
• Friendly demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guests' needs through observation.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• Willingness to work a 7-day rotating roster with late finishes.
• A valid NSW RSA.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily venue operations.
• Serve guests courteously as the face of Zephyr Bar.
• Demonstrate adaptability and quick thinking in an outdoor venue.
• Ensure guest needs are anticipated and met.
