Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience.
• Solid analytics and performance marketing capability.
• Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets.
• Strong understanding of CPL/CPA, conversion, ROI and ROAS.
• Confidence making optimisation and budget decisions based on data.
• The ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running.
• A genuine understanding of how digital marketing connects to sales and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor and manage significant paid media budgets.
• Analyse performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Make data-driven decisions around budget allocation and campaign optimisation.
• Improve CPL/CPA, conversion and overall ROI.
• Test, learn and continually refine campaigns.
• Translate performance data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams.
• Support and mentor junior members of the digital team.
