Job summary

Rockwear Store Manager role at Sunshine Plaza, QLD seeks an inspiring leader to coach a high-performing team, deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales in our flagship space.

You'll lead visual merchandising, stock management and KPI delivery while upholding brand standards and Rockwear values, with ongoing coaching, mentoring and opportunities to grow within a dynamic fashion and fitness brand.

The Role

As our store manager you will coach, develop and guide team members in your store to deliver exceptional customer service to create a lasting impression.

The key aspects of your role will involve:

• Driving sales and customer excellence
• Lead our exciting new flagship store
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's and proactively identifying solutions that will increase team engagement, customer satisfaction and overall results
• Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service and ensure their career goals are being achieved
• Execution of visual merchandising directive
• Lead and deliver effective stock management
